Cancelling and Changing Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 48 hours notice by telephone or email. All phone calls and emails date and time stamped to my business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-4:30pm). Telephone messages and emails left, or sent, after hours and on weekends and statutory holidays will be considered received at 10:00am the following business day. The regular session fee will apply to missed appointments without sufficient notification. Patients are required to pay for missed appointments prior to scheduling subsequent appointments.

Parking

Free two hour parking is available in the underground parkade adjacent to the Landmark 6 building. There is also free one hour street parking in the area.
