Insurance
I am a registered Medavie Blue Cross Provider. I provide direct billing for the completion of VAC assessments.
Cancellation Policy
I require 48 hours’ notice by telephone or email. All phone calls and emails are date- and time-stamped. If sufficient notice is not provided, you are responsible for the regular session fee which must be settled prior to your next appointment.
